The housemates had their first taste and experience of what professional
football is like when they met what is probably the most experienced team any
academy can ever play with; a team of former Black star and internationally
renowned players.

Preko, Nii Odartey Lamptey,
Kwame Ayew, Tony Baffoe and believe it or not, the King himself, the only
African footballer to have won the best African footballer of the year, European
Footballer of the year and World footballer of the year all in the same year and
Narrowly missed being the President of an African country, King George Oppong Wear himself.

skill exhibition that millions would have loved to pay to watch. Whiles the academy boys were anxious to show their seniors what skill, speed and energy they have, the seniors just wanted to prove that fitness and experienced counts in football. In the end, experience won and the gallant academy boys who though took an early lead, lost by 2 goals to 5 with the King himself netting a hat trick.
It was a very fulfilling night with both the academy boys, their trainers, the senior players, academy officials, Sponsors, journalists and spectators expressing satisfaction at the high level of entertaining soccer exhibited.

Today, the academy boys will be having training in various football techniques with the academy coaches.
